HOW CAN I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING?
In order to reserve your wedding date, we require a signed contract and nonrefundable retainer of 30% of the booking party total. The first step in the booking process is to fill out the Bridal Questionnaire located on our Contact page. After checking if your wedding date is available, we will send a quote for services your way as well as our contract to review. Once the contract is signed and deposit cleared, your date will be secured and we will schedule a trial according to your wedding date. Bookings are first come, first serve, and your date is not secured without both a signed contract and deposit.
HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK YOU?
As soon as possible! Some of our bookings are reserved up to a year and a half out, so sooner is always better. Bookings are first come, first serve and your date is not secured without a signed contract and deposit.
YOU HAVE A MINIMUM, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
We have an $850 service minimum for wedding parties in 2025 (for makeup and hair as separate categories, not combined). A minimum means that's the minimum cost in order to reserve your date for either makeup and/or hair. To reach the minimum, you’ll need to have at least 4 others + the bride for services. If you are a single bride wanting services, we have other on-site options available in order to meet the minimum.
CAN YOU TRAVEL TO OUR VENUE?
Yes! Our travel fee is $1/mile per artist, and if the travel time is over 2 hours one-way, overnight accommodations may be required. Please include your getting ready venue address in your inquiry for the most accurate travel quote.
DO YOU OFFER HOLIDAY MAKEUP?
Depending on the holiday and the team’s availability, we will choose to book weddings or private clients on holidays with an additional $150 per artist holiday flat fee.
HOW LONG WILL MY MAKEUP TAKE?
Each makeup application will take about an hour per person, which includes consultation, luxury skin prep, full face application, and eyelash application. If the timeline needs to be tightened, an assistant or artist can be brought in to ensure that your party is ready in a quicker amount of time.
HOW LARGE OF A BRIDAL PARTY ARE YOU ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE?
We can accommodate any size bridal party (family included!) from small to large. Certain size parties require an assistant or additional artist, which includes assistant fees. Here is the breakdown for artist needs based on bridal party size (this example is for for one category only ie: makeup or hair):
Party of 1 to 4 - 1 artist
Party of 5 to 7 - 1 artist + 1 assistant
Party of 8 to 9 - 2 artists
Party of 10+ - 2 artists + 2 assistants
Custom quotes can be offered for larger parties, and some parties may need additional assistants to accommodate shorter timelines.
WHAT IS A BRIDAL PREVIEW?
Your bridal preview is a run-through appointment where we discuss your likes and dislikes, ideal makeup goals for your wedding day and look at inspiration photos. We create your entire wedding-day makeup and/or hair style so that you can see what you’ll look like on your wedding day. After your appointment we will go over any adjustments that you’d like to see and nail your look 100% so that on your wedding day you can relax and not have to worry about your makeup or hair at all and enjoy your morning. Previews take place at our beautiful studio space on the South Hill in Spokane, or we can come to you and have your preview in the comfort of your home with a travel fee.
WHAT KIND OF PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?
Our makeup artists use various brands of makeup in our professional kit that have been tried and tested to perform the best on long and hot days. Our favorite brands include Temptu, NARS, MAC, Charlotte Tilbury, Benefit, and Anastasia Beverly Hills just to name a few! Our hair artists also use professional styling brands including Unite, Oribe, Milkshake, and Kenra among others.
DO YOU OFFER AIRBRUSH FOUNDATION? WHAT MAKES IT A GOOD CHOICE?
Yes! Our artists offer airbrush foundation as an upgrade to our makeup services. Airbrush foundation sprays out in a pixelated layer of coverage, which is buildable and allows us to have total control over customized coverage and shade blending. It’s made to hold up well on long hot days, feels weightless, looks beautiful in photos and still looks like your skin - only flawless! Our airbrush upgrade also includes airbrush bronzer, blush and highlight to velvetize the finish of your makeup and a setting spray to make it bullet proof.
DO YOU HAVE ONE ARTIST WHO DOES BOTH MAKEUP & HAIR?
All of our artists specialize in just one category, which allows them to be able to really hone their skills in that area. If you’re interested in both makeup and hair services, we would need to bring one hairstylist and one makeup artist, which means you would need to meet the booking minimum of $850 for makeup and $850 for hair separately.
